      The SourceMap configures whether and how to generate source-map for outputs.

      css?

      boolean | undefined

      (Optional) Whether to generate CSS source maps.

      js?

      Rspack.DevTool | undefined | `${Exclude<Rspack.DevTool, false | 'eval'>}-debugids`

      (Optional) How the source map should be generated. Setting it to false will disable the source map.
