@lynx-js/lynxtron-dev-plugins 提供开发期构建插件，用于协调 RSpeedy、Rspack 和 Lynxtron 进程启动。

#RSpeedy Dev Ready 插件

从 @lynx-js/lynxtron-dev-plugins/rspeedy 引入 pluginRspeedyDevReady()：

该插件在 RSpeedy dev server 启动和首次编译完成时输出可被其他开发脚本识别的状态：

#dev-ready-rspeedy CLI

dev-ready-rspeedy 会等待 .tmp/dev-ready.rspeedy.json 出现并确认 ready: true，成功后删除该文件并输出 dev-ready-speedy。默认等待超时时间为 300 秒。

#Rspack Lynxtron 插件

从 @lynx-js/lynxtron-dev-plugins/rspack 引入 pluginLynxtron()：
